Check out the final standings from this past week's game here.
Henceforth, we will be starting weekly trivia at 8:30pm sharp.
Tonight's game was a difficult one - to those who stuck it out to the end - you'll be rewarded next week.
Questions and Results
By the end, team A-Always B-Be C-Closing edged out The Yung Pervs by just one point. However, even with a 2nd place finish, The Yung Pervs improved their season score to reclaim 1st place for Season 3.
We're now 4 weeks in to Season 3, and there's still lots of time for your team to move up in the season standings. Remember, your 15 best scores count and your lowest scores get thrown out - so don't worry if you have an off week (or two!). The more you play, the more chance you have of optimizing your team score.
Realizing that your team has a weakness in one particular area? Recruit new teammates to come join your team! Check the Tips page.
This night had a great turnout with 13 teams competing. There were several lead changes from round to round but ultimately, The Yung Pervs got their second win of Season 3. See the questions and results.
We're only two weeks in to the season, so there's still lots of time for your team to move up in the season standings. Remember, your 15 best scores count and your lowest scores get thrown out - so don't worry if you have an off week (or two!). The more you play, the more chance you have of optimizing your team score.

Live, in-the-flesh trivia is finally back! Come join us Monday nights at 8:00pm at The Surly Goat (West Hollywood) for a fully custom trivia game every week run by yours truly, Doodad.
Games usually last ~2 hrs, with slight fluctionations depending on the number of teams participating.
As always, it is FREE to play along - just please purchase a beverage or two while you're here (and please tip your bartender!). We do not serve food, but feel free to bring food or order delivery if you want.
If you want, you can read more about How It Works, Rules and some helpful Tips for winning.
Start of Season 3
Our first game back on Monday, June 21st will mark the official start of Season 3. And, our long-running “stay-at-home” series has finally(!) concluded.
Each week, your finishing position gives you a Team Beat Average (winning percentage). Your season score is the sum of the best 10 finishes for your team. This means that if you play every week, your worse scores get forgotten! Only your 10 best scores count. If you come in first 10 games, you'll have a perfect season score of 10. However, if you've only played 5 games, your score won't be as high as a team that's played 10. So the more times you come back and play, the better.
Start building your ranking and bragging rights now!
Join us Mondays at 8pm via the Zoom link below for a trivia game you can play along with at home. We'll keep doing this until the bar is allowed to safely re-open and we can hopefully return to some form of in-person trivia and all share a drink together.
How to join
You can join the Zoom conference at 8pm each with using this short link: bit.ly/doodadtrivia

How It Works
After each game I move the questions to the page for that week's game. You can find questions and results from all our past games as well as some fun stats under the "Rankings" menu.
There will be no trivia Monday, March 1.
March 8 and the weeks after are still TBD - depending on how quickly I heal from my surgery. If all goes well it will be sooner rather than later.
Stay tuned to the @doodadtrivia Instagram/Facebook page for updates confirming when we'll resume play.
Thanks all for playing with use this week. It was a great turnout! Hopefully we were able to provide you with a bit of distraction.
Below are the results for each team. These don't factor in to the "Season" standings but its fun to see who won nonetheless.
You can review the questions for this week here.
With bars closed, and in the interest of not encouraging social gathering, we will not be having trivia again until the bar is re-opened and it is deemed safe to gather.
In the meantime, I will be exploring ways to provide trivia entertainment to you virtually - to satisfy your desire to answer things, my desire to ask things, and provide entertainment that we all will need after a few weeks of isolation.
